and Deborah Torres started the business as sole
proprietors in 1995 and in June, 1997 it became a
Corporation. During the early years, they handled
all aspects of the company themselves out of their home.
This included finding representatives, accepting orders,
delivery schedules, installation of the product,
collections, customer service, repairs, and this is not
including everyday issues that arise in the business
world.

integrity, honesty, customer service and product
diversification and stability. Venancio Torres,
President and CEO, devotes much of his time in designing
new products. Deborah Torres has other business
ventures, but still actively participates in the business.
